What happens to the palette
The worksheet parses and calculates in the current browser tab. It has no server API, analytics, cookies, browser storage, service worker, telemetry, account connection, or design-file upload. The optional copy button writes the visible text summary to the clipboard only after you activate it.
Inputs this model accepts
- 2–20 named opaque sRGB colors in six-digit
#RRGGBBform; - one declared role per color;
- the exact pairs the user declares to appear adjacent.
Excluded and unknown
- alpha, translucent overlays, blending, gradients, images, video and non-sRGB color spaces;
- APCA and predictions about WCAG 3;
- color-vision simulation or proof that color is not the only visual cue;
- font size, weight, thin strokes, anti-aliasing and whether text truly qualifies as large;
- whether a UI boundary, graphic, state or decorative use is actually required for understanding;
- inactive/user-agent-controlled component exceptions and complete focus-state review;
- whole-page accessibility, WCAG conformance, ADA or other legal compliance.
Unknown is not pass. A surface/decorative pair receives no threshold from the chosen roles. It still needs contextual review rather than a green result.
NOT_A_FULL_ACCESSIBILITY_AUDITUse the result as a bounded palette preflight and retain the actual rendered-context review.
